1:1 Ongoing Coaching
This is our bread and butter and where we really see individuals thrive and improve their running and lifestyle. The list of benefits of individual coaching is endless. For example, it helps cut out the noise. There is too much information out there to decipher, by using an Athletics Australia qualified run coach, you can be sure you are getting the best information. As well as that, it will help reduce the risk of injury, create accountability, provide ongoing support, work around your life situations and just take the thinking away, so you can do the running!
Once Off Program
This is a personalized program that is put together for someone who needs some direction, but doesn’t necessarily want someone reviewing everything they are doing. Work through your goals with a coach, then they will provide a plan for you to follow. If you are not sure you are ready for the full coaching experience, this is a great starting point to find out.
Free Consultations
Initial catch up to determine what your key goals are and how we can help get you there. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and create some excitement about your running.
Become Your Own Coach
Designed for the individual who wants to learn. Create a program in conjunction with a run coach who will provide you all of the trade secrets. This will mean you can learn the tools necessary to create your own programs in the future with confidence.
